At Flynn Decor, we take pride in the quality of our home décor products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
You received the wrong product.
2. Notification Period
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at [email protected] with the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
3. Conditions for Return
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
We will arrange a pickup or request you to send the item back (depending on location).
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund accordingly.
5. Refund Timeline
If eligible, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or in cash (depending on your location) within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. No Returns on Certain Items
We do not accept returns for items that:
Were purchased on sale or clearance
Show signs of use or damage after delivery
Are customized or made-to-order
7. Cash on Delivery Policy Reminder
All orders are fulfilled through Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payments are taken.
